Washingtonian Debut

I’ve made my debut in Washingtonian: The July issue has my profile of Howard Kurtz, the Washington Post’s legendary media reporter.
Kurtz didn’t want to participate in this article at the start, so I spent the first few weeks of my reporting tracking down old colleagues at the Post and guys from Jack Anderson’s shop. Eventually I was able to convince him that I was going to do a fair piece and not a hit piece.
